Description
Chemical Name:
Carbon Black N330
Physicochemical properties:
N330 is the most widely used high-abrasion-resistant carbon black. Although its abrasion resistance is slightly inferior to that of the super abrasion-resistant series, it is superior to that of slot method carbon black. The blackness of N330 is slightly lower than that of N220, and its oil and iodine absorption values are not particularly high. Nevertheless, it is widely used in ink and coating manufacturing as an industrial raw material.
Application:
Carbon black N330 is used for tire treads, curtain rubber, sidewalls, rubber hoses, rubber rollers, plastics, and various rubber products. Carbon black N330 is a product with good reinforcement properties, which enhance rubber particles’ tensile strength, tear resistance, wear resistance, and elasticity. The rolling resistance of passenger tires made with this product is lower than that of other varieties in the N330 carbon black series. Additionally, it exhibits superior dispersion and extrusion performance in rubber powder, making it suitable for a wide range of synthetic and natural rubbers.
